CUDA application on two-dimensional CFD problems

The possibilities of using parallel computations based on CUDA technology for solving two-dimensional test problems with calculation of heat distribution and velocity field in a liquid are considered. Various iterative methods are used to solve simultaneous linear equations with sparse matrices, obtained by approximation of the initial equations. The efficiency of using GPUs to accelerate calculations is estimated, which grows with the number of unknowns increase.
